making a Booking is easy...
Your booking will only be confirmed when we receive a non-refundable 25% deposit. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your departure. If the departure date is less than 8 weeks away, then the total cost of the rental is due in full at the time of booking.
A security deposit of £200 (300€) is required with the final balance (unless otherwise stated). This will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.
we Provide
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and we provide one set of fresh bed linen, and one set of clean bath towels for the duration of your stay. Cot linen and Beach towels should be provided by yourselves. A change of linen or fresh bath towels, or extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional cost.
Arrival & Departure
The villa is available from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and it must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place.
Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable. If the balance is not paid within 8 weeks of departure, then we reserve the right to treat your rental as cancelled. If you cancel after paying the total cost of the rental (i.e. less than 8 weeks before departure), there will be no refund. In this case you must make a claim for cancellation on your Holiday Insurance. We reserve the right to cancel any booking. In this event any money paid to us will be refunded in full.

All information supplied by us is given in good faith and is based upon the information from the property owners. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made, but we cannot be held liable for any variations however caused.
